Order Processing
• Once an order is placed, we require 7 business days (weekdays) to process and dispatch your order.
• If you have pre-ordered an item, order processing will commence from the date declared online, and timelines may be longer. Please check your order confirmation email for details on pre-ordered collections.
Domestic Shipping (India)
• Shipping Fee: We provide free shipping within India.
• Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, domestic shipping takes 7 business days.
• Delays: If there is a delay in production or dispatch, we will contact you immediately. While we carefully select our shipping partners for their reliability, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
